Beauty Salon Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Latelier Beauty & Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 team members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their job duties and performance expectations.
- Customer Service: Assist clients with special needs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
- Operations Management: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, monitor quality and production levels, and prepare and submit progress reports.
- Inventory and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked and efficient nail salon.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and schedule and confirm appointments.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience an asset or equivalent experience
- Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and work under pressure
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player
