About the Role:

The Treasury Modelling team in TD Bank's Treasury and Balance Sheet Management department is seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing financial and analytical expertise to build quantitative models for regulatory and financial programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex quantitative models using advanced analytical techniques
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends and patterns
  • Collaborate with model risk management teams to validate and resolve model issues
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to improve decision-making
  • Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Operations Research
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and quantitative model development
  • Advanced skills in SAS, Python, and R programming languages
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
