About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Financial Specialist to join our team at NBC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional mortgage credit advisory services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Mortgage Strategies: Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and develop tailored mortgage solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with Branch Experts: Partner with advisors and financial planners to leverage their expertise and provide comprehensive mortgage financing solutions.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Developments: Continuously update your knowledge of mortgage products and services to ensure you are providing the best possible advice to clients.
  • Meet Business Objectives: Work in synergy with the branch network to identify and develop credit opportunities, driving business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience, or college diploma and 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Business Development Experience: 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in financial services.
  • Teamwork and Communication Skills: Strong ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Knowledge of Personal Banking Credit Solutions: Familiarity with personal banking credit solutions and mortgage products.
