Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Convenience Store Sales Associate to join our team at Dominion Station. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with purchases.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and sweeping floors.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, and reporting inventory discrepancies.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to learn and train on the job.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Familiarity with electronic cash registers and price scanners.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Personal Suitability: Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
