We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at BBZ Building Supplier Ltd. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes, as well as providing technical advice and guidance to our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop team members in duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports on operations and performance
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of equipment
  • Coordinate and assign work tasks and projects
  • Requisition and order materials and supplies
  • Consult with clients to provide ongoing support and services
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
