Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Associate to join our team at Impact Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling commercial litigation matters for our clients, including shareholder and partnership disputes, real estate and construction disputes, copyright issues, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle commercial litigation matters for clients, including shareholder and partnership disputes, real estate and construction disputes, copyright issues, and more.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide strong legal support and achieve successful outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of commercial litigation law and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in commercial litigation law and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Be called to the Ontario Bar and be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
  • Have 6-10 years of focused commercial litigation experience.
  • Have experience in insolvency and bankruptcy law, with a strong asset.
