Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Processing
    • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
    • Process and store inventory in a timely and efficient manner
  • Inventory Management
    • Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet business demands
  • Order Fulfillment
    • Pick and pack orders in a timely and accurate manner
    • Ensure all orders are properly labeled and prepared for shipment
  • Warehouse Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is an asset
  • Skills
    • Ability to lift and move heavy loads (over 45 kg/100 lbs)
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Working Conditions

The Warehouse Operations Specialist will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with regular exposure to heavy lifting, bending, and standing. The ideal candidate will be physically fit and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
