Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Linehaul Driver to join our team at CB Canada. As a Linehaul Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods across various routes, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of the vehicle before departure to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Route Navigation: Navigate through various routes, including Hamilton, Kingston, and Brampton, to deliver goods efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely delivery and maintaining open communication with customers.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the company's equipment, including tractor-trailers with air suspension, air-conditioned cabs, and dual soundproofing.

Requirements:

  • Clean Driving Record: Possess a clean driving abstract and a valid driver's license.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience as an AZ driver.
  • Autonomy and Resourcefulness: Be able to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to sit for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
