Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with special needs, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Coordinate and review work, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that deadlines are met.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as necessary to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring that the hotel has the necessary resources to operate effectively.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, guests, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a strong focus on customer service.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
