  • Collect and screen applicants, ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements.

  • Review candidate inventories and make recommendations for selection.
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and assessments.
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
  • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of our clients.

As a Recruiter - Employment, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Experience:

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field. Permanent position with 37.5 hours per week. Language of work: English.
