Bricklayer Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Bricklayer Supervisor to join our team at Refraco. As a Bricklayer Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of bricklayers and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate the work of bricklayers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage Projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Ensure Health and Safety protocols are followed at all times, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
- Coordinate Activities with other departments and teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor Progress and report to management on project status, identifying areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent Oral Communication skills.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
- Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills.
