Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing proactive and personalized support to customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Processing day-to-day transactions and managing customer accounts
- Nurturing long-term relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to grow their business with Scotiabank
- Staying up-to-date with our products and services, and promoting them to customers in a way that meets their needs
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve branch targets and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment
