About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Tab Finishing Limited. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in the construction and finishing of wood products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with building codes.
  • Layout Preparation: Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Material Preparation: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to meet project specifications.
  • Installation and Maintenance: Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware, and maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various settings.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced construction environment. The work language is English.
