We're seeking positive, physically fit individuals to join our Truck Teams as General Laborers. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

About the Position:
  • Each shift begins with a thorough commercial vehicle inspection to ensure our trucks are safe and ready for action.
  • You'll embark on a journey to visit customers' homes and properties, removing unwanted items while leaving a lasting impression with a smile.
  • Responsibly dispose of items through various recycling, donating, and waste management facilities, making a positive impact on our community.
About You:
  • Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
  • A valid driver's license (Class 5 or better) and a safe driving record are essential.
  • A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly are must-haves.
  • Previous customer service, sales, physical labor, and/or driving experience are a plus.

We offer a competitive starting pay of $17/hour, plus tips and performance bonuses, resulting in an average total pay of $25/hour. Enjoy co-pay benefits after one year of service and be part of a team that values your growth and well-being.
