Job Summary:

This is a dynamic Front of House Part Time Sales Associate role at adidas, where you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our products to meet customer needs.

  • Provide expert advice to customers on adidas products, highlighting features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Utilize adidas' selling techniques and in-store AOS system to drive sales and meet productivity standards.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit payments.

  • Stay up-to-date on adidas products, promotions, and advertising to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be proficient in English and French (verbal and written) and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail experience is preferred.
