About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our team at Allnorth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the sales development efforts for our Prince George team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients
  • Manage sales-related aspects for existing key clients and develop new opportunities
Requirements
  • 8+ years of sales and marketing experience in Canada
  • Experience in consulting engineering or EPCM services
  • Formal sales training and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong computer skills and experience with Salesforce
