About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Pinnacle International Hotel & Resorts Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping Operations
    • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained
    • Restock linens, toiletries, and amenities as needed
    • Respond to guest requests for extra supplies or services
  • Floor Care
    • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to a high standard
    • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Laundry and Linen Services
    • Operate laundry equipment to ensure timely and efficient processing of linens
    • Sort, fold, and store clean linens and uniforms
  • Guest Services
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to achieve team goals and objectives
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience
    • Experience an asset, but not required
  • Work Setting
    • Hotel, motel, or resort environment
  • Language
    • English language proficiency required
  • Work Hours
    • 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts
