Your Role and Responsibilities:

In the capacity of Treasury Manager, you will exhibit a strong enthusiasm for Treasury operations, Capital Structure oversight, and Risk Management. This role provides an opportunity to create and maintain a top-tier Treasury portfolio. You will collaborate closely with various departments to support daily functions and enhance treasury operations, cash flow management, and risk mitigation strategies.

Team Dynamics

Our team operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence three days a week, with flexible scheduling options. We foster a culture of open dialogue and teamwork, encouraging all members to engage and remain inquisitive.

Key Responsibilities:
Cash Management:
  • Supervising daily cash flow to guarantee adequate liquidity
  • Projecting cash requirements and managing reserves
  • Enhancing cash positions to optimize interest earnings and reduce borrowing expenses
Banking Administration:
  • Establishing and managing processes and controls
  • Overseeing payment processes, including all payment operations
Capital Structure Oversight:
  • Administering both short-term and long-term investment strategies
  • Ensuring compliance of investments with risk management policies
  • Monitoring market trends for informed investment choices
  • Managing covenant reporting and compliance
  • Guaranteeing timely loan and interest repayments
  • Ensuring efficient and cost-effective banking operations
Risk Assessment:
  • Managing insurance policies
  • Identifying and addressing financial risks, including currency, interest rate, and credit risks
  • Implementing hedging strategies to safeguard against negative market fluctuations
  • Supporting strategic finance initiatives as required
Real Estate Management:
  • Collaborating across departments to stay informed about facility networks
  • Acting as the primary contact between landlords and subtenants
  • Overseeing the entire sublease portfolio, including invoicing and collections
Policy Development:
  • Creating and enforcing treasury policies and procedures
  • Ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated expertise in treasury, cash management, liquidity oversight, investment management, and/or financial risk management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite, especially Excel / Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience in recognizing and mitigating financial risks
  • Knowledge of hedging techniques and financial instruments for risk management
  • Experience in formulating and implementing financial / treasury policies and procedures
  • Understanding of global financial markets and trends
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to senior management and stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker contributing to long-term financial planning
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments
