Group Fitness Instructor Role

The Group Fitness Instructor role at GoodLife Fitness requires a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to lead high-quality, safe, and enjoyable group fitness classes. As a key member of our team, you will promote member engagement and maintain a positive working relationship with management and associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional instruction in all Group Fitness classes, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for members.
  • Promote and support your own classes and programs, as well as other classes and programs, to encourage member participation in Group Experience programming.
  • Teach a minimum of twice per week and adhere to our subbing policy.
  • Collaborate with Club Management to address member concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with Management and other Associates.

Requirements:

  • Relevant certification is required.
  • CPR-A Certification; AED is strongly recommended.
  • Exhibit a positive and energetic attitude, with a healthy outlook.
  • Be motivated, enthusiastic, and dependable.
  • Display excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
  • Have knowledge of the Health and Fitness Industry.
  • Be customer-focused.
  • Be able to understand and embody the company culture.
  • Demonstrate alignment with GoodLife's core values (Care, Trust, Integrity, Peak Attitude, Passion, Happiness, Personal Fitness).
