Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of food service staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food products.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure that our food service operations are in compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
