Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed estimates for labor and material costs
  • Calculate general expenses and overheads
  • Assess project cash flow and financing needs

  • Establish cost monitoring and reporting systems
  • Track and adjust contract expenditures
  • Maintain a directory of suppliers and trade contractors
