  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assist with the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring they are equipped to meet the demands of our fast-paced kitchen.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
