About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Musical Instrument Technician to join our team at Sinoman Music Ltd. as a Stringed Instrument Repair Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and diagnose issues with stringed musical instruments to determine the requirements for repair.
  • Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power, or specially designed tools.
  • Test and adjust repaired instruments for proper functioning.
  • Calibrate instruments using hand tools.
  • Train or arrange for training of staff.
  • Supervise workers and projects.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
  • Recommend personnel actions.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Prepare reports.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 30 to 44 hours per week.
Work Environment

This role will be based in an urban area, with a focus on repair and maintenance of stringed musical instruments.
