Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at CB Canada. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to liquor laws and regulations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset
  • Minimum 1 year of bartending experience; experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
