About the Role:

The Centre de services scolaire De La Jonquière is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychoeducateur or Psychoeducatrice to join our team. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement psychoeducational services that align with the educational goals and objectives of the school.
• Conduct assessments and develop interventions to support students with diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive educational environment.
• Provide consultation and support to teachers and other educational staff on issues related to student learning and behavior.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies and organizations to support student learning and well-being.

Requirements:

• Membership in the Ordre des psychoéducateurs et des psychoéducatrices du Québec.
• Experience working in the educational sector is an asset.
