About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Hôtel Mont Gabriel. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and implement preventative measures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to minimize disruptions and ensure seamless operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes.
Requirements
  • DEP in building mechanics, electromechanics, or related field.
  • Previous experience in general maintenance, preferably in the hotel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electricity, air conditioning, heating, and security systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose technical faults.
  • Good understanding of safety standards and the safe use of tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
