About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Foam Insulation Foreman/Woman to join our team at Greenways Spray Foam Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of foam insulation in various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Prepare and review production reports to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of foam insulation installation teams to ensure high-quality results.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training of team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects to ensure accurate budgeting.
  • Quality Control: Review blueprints and drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in foam insulation installation or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
