Job Title: Construction Field Operations Manager

We are a large scale commercial landscape construction and maintenance company seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our construction division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and direct daily operations to efficiently produce high-quality landscapes.
  • Supervise and instruct multiple foremen and crews to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are achieved.
  • Effectively manage resources, including materials, inventory, equipment, labor, and training.
  • Collaborate with the estimator and management team to plan and execute construction contracts and schedules.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years commercial construction landscaping experience in a supervisory or management position.
  • Experience in operating and maintaining commercial irrigation systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of landscape architectural and civil earthworks drawings and plans.
  • Ability to read and execute grades and topographical drawings.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Background in heavy equipment operation.
  • Degree, diploma, or trade certificate from a college or horticulture school considered an asset.
