Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mobile Care Yorkdale Mall. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and improve merchandising displays.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ordering merchandise as needed, and authorizing returns.
  • Team Management: Hire, train, and develop sales staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
