The Project Engineer/Leader will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of engineering projects. This role involves coordinating tasks, delegating responsibilities, and providing expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage project work effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of engineering principles as they relate to the design of major facilities and components. A background in physics, engineering, mathematics, and chemistry is essential for assessing stress, materials, and overall system performance. Additionally, knowledge of economic factors is necessary for generating cost estimates and analyzing trends in construction and operation of generating stations.
Experience RequirementsCandidates should have substantial experience in the planning and development of electrical power facilities, which will enhance their familiarity with generating station design and its components. Experience in a related industry is also beneficial for understanding manufacturing and supply chain processes.
Successful candidates will demonstrate problem-solving skills, the ability to provide strategic guidance, and experience in initiating studies, designs, and economic assessments. Understanding the dynamics between various internal and external stakeholders is crucial for achieving project objectives.
A strong commitment to environmental protection and relevant experience in project management are also required.
A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience is expected to qualify for this position.
