Job Description

**Global Pharma Tek** is seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Scrum Master - Senior Business Analyst** to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing holistic leadership across business analysis, project outcomes, and team of business analysts aligning their expertise with agile methodologies and ensuring effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Business Analysis:** Interact with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their requirements through gathering, documenting, and analyzing business needs and requirements.
  • **Agile Leadership:** Act as a central point of communication, ensuring that the Client collaborate seamlessly with internal/external stakeholders and development teams.
  • **Scrum Process Management:** Define, manage, and enforce scrum process and methodology.
  • **Team Coordination:** Single point of contact for business analysis, agile leadership, and team coordination minimizing communication gaps, reducing the risk of misinterpretation, and promote more effective project outcomes.
  • **Training and Development:** Prepare training materials, training sessions on project delivery methodology in accordance with guidelines.
  • **Business Case Development:** Experience writing business cases including current state assessments, establishing goals, outcomes and creating plans to achieve them.
  • **Facilitation:** Facilitate in-depth workshops to elicit, review, document and confirm business requirements, business process reengineering, business models, business rules and user interface design, in order to create the technical framework/specifications.
  • **Communication:** Strong communication skills to prepare documentation, including but not limited to; reports, reviews, assessments.
Requirements:
  • **Business Analysis:** Experience writing business cases including current state assessments, establishing goals, outcomes and creating plans to achieve them.
  • **Agile Methodology:** Knowledgeable and experience in Agile methodology and ability to educate others.
