Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Inventory Management: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities and product integrity, and accurately record inventory levels in our warehouse management system.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, conduct regular cycle counts, and identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Picking and Packing: Select and package products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Stock Replenishment: Restock shelves and inventory locations, utilizing material handling equipment as needed, to maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
  • Returns Processing: Process returns and damaged goods, following established procedures and protocols.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including waybills and customs papers, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to sanitation and pest control protocols, and ensuring proper storage and handling of sensitive products.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in a related industry preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in English language (reading, written, oral, and mathematics); ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs daily; ability to work in a cold environment; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a related industry, with a strong background in warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Licensed to operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
