About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Merchandising Coordinator to help drive the success of our exciting Dropship Program and Digital Marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Dropship Program Coordination:

  • Partner with vendors to collect and verify product data—descriptions, images, and pricing—and ensure a seamless product onboarding process.
  • Enhance product listings with compelling descriptions, optimized keywords, and eye-catching images to improve searchability and visibility.
  • Work alongside the Web Merchandiser and other internal teams to align products with the latest trends and promotions.

Merchandising Excellence:

  • Assist in assembling our monthly digital flyer using Publitas. You'll gather assets, add products, and create link sheets and color maps to prepare for launch.
  • Ensure every promotional flyer and landing page is accurate, from prices to URLs, giving our customers a flawless shopping experience.
  • Review and optimize product categories to align with performance metrics and the company's vision.
Requirements

What You Bring:

  • 1+ years of experience in merchandising or e-commerce.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eagle-eye for detail.
  • Solid Excel skills.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms like Magento and Algolia (a big plus).
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French (bilingualism is a must).
  • A bachelor's degree in merchandising, business, or marketing is a bonus.
  • You're highly independent and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
