**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced, full-time associate with a minimum of 4 years of wills, estates, and trusts experience to join our growing Wills & Estates practice group. As a senior associate, you will work closely with our senior partner to build and develop our practice, focusing on preparing wills, trusts, power of attorney, and representation agreements, as well as business succession planning and estate administration.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare and review wills, trusts, power of attorney, and representation agreements
  • Develop and implement business succession plans
  • Administer estates, including probate and intestacy
  • Maintain a client-focused mindset and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with our senior partner to build and develop our Wills & Estates practice group

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in wills, estates, and trusts
  • Member in good standing with the Law Society of BC
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to solve complex problems using knowledge of the law
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to adapt to new technologies
