Occupational Therapist

Lifemark Seniors Wellness is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to our seniors. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and maintain their independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations, including admission assessments and specialized seating and positioning assessments.
- Identify and recommend appropriate equipment needs, and consult with local vendors to facilitate trials and applications.
- Provide education and training to clients and their families on topics such as seating and positioning, independence with activities of daily living, and wheelchair and adaptive aide use.
- Monitor and record assessment and treatment interventions in client charts, adhering to guidelines established by the College of Occupational Therapists.
- Registration with the Provincial Association of Occupational Therapists.
- Experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
