Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and organized individual to join our team as a Home Support Worker. As a member of our Community Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting adults and seniors to live independently in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support, companionship, and home visitation to 10-30 older adults on a monthly basis.
  • Identify, monitor, and report client needs to the Seniors Support Coordinator.
  • Provide light housekeeping services.
Requirements:
  • High school education and/or post-secondary diploma/certificate in human services.
  • Experience working with older adults and in a cleaning capacity.
  • Empathetic, organized, and familiar with community programs and services for adults.
