Role Overview

As we expand our reach, we are seeking a knowledgeable and empathetic consultant to join our team. This individual should possess industry experience and a strong dedication to client satisfaction. We are looking for a relationship-focused and solution-driven professional who enjoys collaborating with therapists to match clients with the appropriate mobility and assisted living products.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Provide Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with therapists to identify and recommend the best mobility devices for clients, ensuring that CB Canada remains the preferred choice in the community.
  • Build and Nurture Relationships: Expand your professional network by establishing connections with therapists, caregivers, manufacturers, and healthcare facilities.
  • Demonstrate Flexibility: Travel to various locations, including care facilities and clients' homes, to showcase our extensive range of mobility devices.

Qualifications

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field (business, sales, marketing, etc.). Education in Kinesiology or Health Sciences is an asset.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record in client care.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills and creativity in generating leads.
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to build trust and work collaboratively.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
