Educational Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

  • Manage inventory by ordering necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and assist in their development.
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas.

Cuisine Focus

This position will emphasize West Indian culinary specialties, allowing for creativity and innovation in dish preparation.

Experience Requirements
