Overview:
As a Customer Banking Specialist II Float, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience at TD Bank. This position is designed for individuals who excel in providing personalized financial solutions and are adaptable to various banking environments.
Work Location:
Multiple locations within the designated region.
Hours:
40 hours per week.
Compensation:
Competitive salary of $32.75 USD per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers and colleagues regarding TD's comprehensive range of banking products and services.
- Utilize your financial expertise to assess customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Engage in proactive customer outreach to foster relationships and identify opportunities for financial guidance.
- Conduct customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications, while ensuring compliance with operational policies.
- Maintain an active registration status with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; an associate degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in banking or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to adapt to different work environments and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management tools.
