Key Responsibilities- Logistics Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Dispatch Supervision: Supervise and train dispatchers to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and requests efficiently.
- Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of dispatchers to ensure they are equipped to handle the demands of the role.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient delivery of services.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize downtime.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
