Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technician to join our team in Winnipeg. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of experience and a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent certifications and/or experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional technical support to our clients in a high-pressure environment.
  • Utilize superior troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
  • Collaborate effectively with our team to deliver high-level customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent certifications and/or experience.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Passion for technology and new challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 Professional.
  • Microsoft Office 365.
  • Antivirus software.
