We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Lucky\u0027s A La Carte. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen and dining staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service to exceed customer expectations.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately record stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize labor costs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Cultural Competency: Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
  • Indigenous Support: Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
