About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Beauty Specialist to join our team at Precise Beauty Bay. As a Nail and Lash Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality beauty treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Beauty Treatments: Provide a range of beauty treatments, including manicures, pedicures, facials, and waxing services.
  • Nail and Lash Services: Apply artificial nails and nail art, as well as provide eyelash extensions and other lash services.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions about beauty products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty products and services, and make recommendations to customers.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments with customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in the beauty industry is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks, such as manicures and pedicures.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail, ensuring that all beauty treatments are completed to a high standard.
  • Hand-Eye Coordination: Demonstrate good hand-eye coordination, particularly when performing tasks such as waxing and threading.
