Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at 1109973 BC Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze data to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, including selecting and procuring products for resale.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and oversee payroll administration.
- Staffing and Training: Determine staffing requirements, conduct performance reviews, and supervise office and volunteer staff.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, and ensure that customer service standards are met.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Permanent Full-Time Position: We offer a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
- English Language: The primary language of work is English.
- Hours of Work: 35 to 40 hours per week.
