About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Care Worker to join our team at ABRISHAMI FAMILY. As a Home Health Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Exercise and Mobility: Assist clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain their physical mobility and health.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking environment.
  • Work Setting: Work in the employer's/client's home, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
  • Security and Safety: Must undergo a criminal record check.
  • Weight Handling: Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, judgement, patience, and honesty.
