Woodworking Specialist

West Wood Framing Ltd is seeking a skilled Woodworking Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for preparing layouts, measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials. Your tasks will include building foundations, installing floor beams, laying subflooring, erecting walls and roof systems, fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware. You will also maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various locations. This is a physically demanding role that requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots and work a standard 40-hour week. If you have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate, we encourage you to apply for this permanent position. The work language is English.
