About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Processing Quality Control Technician to join our team at Samosa & Sweet Factory. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our food processing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Environmental Monitoring and Protection: Conduct or assist in environmental monitoring and protection activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Testing and Analysis: Conduct tests and analysis using various physical and chemical separation techniques to ensure the quality of our food products.
  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP): Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in our food processing operations.
  • Sampling and Analysis Programs: Assist in developing programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Chemical Engineering Processes: Assist in the development of chemical engineering processes, studies of chemical engineering procurement, construction, inspection, and maintenance to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our food processing facilities.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced food processing environment with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Language and Communication: Communicate effectively in English with colleagues and management to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Work Hours and Schedule: Work 32 hours per week in a regular schedule with occasional overtime as required.
