We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Winmar. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining buildings, bridges, and other structures made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
  • Prepare layouts and measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
  • Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
  • Maintain and repair residences and wooden structures in various settings
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the field
  • Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment
  • Willingness to relocate and travel
Work Environment:

Our team works in a fast-paced construction environment with various locations. You will be required to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
