Position Overview:

A&W is looking for a dedicated individual to be cross-trained in both cooking and counter service for the overnight 24-hour Drive-Thru shift. The ideal candidate will ensure that hot meals are served promptly while maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace. We seek someone who takes pride in the quality and presentation of the food served, ensuring that our guests return for more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare menu items according to A&W recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, food prep areas, and storage spaces.
  • Ensure adequate food preparation for the next day.
  • Monitor product freshness and rotate stock using the first-in, first-out method.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations.
  • Operate touch screen registers and the drive-thru system.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.

  • Full training provided, both online and hands-on.
