About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark Neurologic Physiotherapy. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for developing and executing individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
You will work collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic to provide high-quality patient care. Your exceptional interpersonal communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with others will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
- Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic.
- Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
- Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development.
- Graduated in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university.
- Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Completion of orthopaedic or neurological rehabilitation courses is a strong asset.
- Experience in treating clients in an outpatient clinical setting.
- Ideally, 1-3+ years of clinical rehabilitation experience, with advanced orthopedic courses being a strong asset, notably in the pelvic health program.
